1) Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the UK.
UK: 3–5 business days · EU: 7–10 business days · Worldwide: varies by country.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Free UK shipping on orders over £70.

2) How much is shipping?

Orders over £70 ship free in the UK. For other orders and destinations, the exact rate is shown at checkout based on weight and location.

3) Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help. Email info@neriano.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.

4) How do I track my parcel?

When we ship, we email you a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and open Orders → Track.

5) What is your return & refund policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all accessories.
If your item is faulty or not as described, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Start a return by emailing info@neriano.com with your order number and a brief description.

6) Do NERIANO products have a warranty?

Yes. Most products include a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact our support with your order number and a short video or photos of the issue.

7) Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

8) Are your chargers/printers compatible with my device?

Compatibility is listed on each product page.

  • Magnetic/Wireless chargers: iPhone 12–16 support MagSafe; other Qi phones can use the included magnetic ring (if provided).

  • Thermal printers: work with iOS/Android via the listed app (e.g., Tiny Print).
    If unsure, email info@neriano.com and we’ll confirm.

9) My product isn’t working—what should I try first?

  • Fully charge the device and use a QC 3.0/PD adapter if required.

  • Check the cable/port and try another cable.

  • For app products, reinstall the app and re-pair via Bluetooth.

10) Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. Reply to your order email or contact info@neriano.com with your order number and billing details and we’ll send a VAT invoice.

11) Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
